At Pilates Heights, every class is rooted in Pilates principles and programmed to complement each other β giving you a well-rounded fitness experience that supports your bodyβs needs. Reformer
Small group, big results. With only six spots per class, youβll get personalized coaching on the versatile Reformer to strengthen, lengthen, and challenge your entire bodyβleaving you taller, stronger, and more energized.

Mat Pilates
Your foundation for everything Pilates. Strengthen your core, improve posture, and build total-body controlβno machines required. This low-impact class is adaptable for all levels and keeps you moving with purpose from start to finish.

Barre
Our most cardio-driven class, combining beat-based movement with full-body strength and balance work. Itβs low-impact, Pilates-inspired, and a great way to build endurance while staying kind to your joints. Classes are beginner-friendly and supportive through every stageβincluding prenatal and postnatal.

Turn up the energy on your Pilates practice. This upbeat, full-body workout blends classic mat moves with TRX, medicine balls, and resistance bands to build strength, boost mobility, and power up your coreβwithout losing the mindful flow you love.
