  • Gentle Barre at Pilates Height is a zero-impact workout, perfect for  new & returning clients, and pre & postnatal too.

    Gentle Barre is a toned down, zero-impact version of our all levels Barre class. A great option for new and returning clients, pre & postnatal clients, and anyone looking for a more restorative Barre class experience.
