New Client FAQ
Which New Client package is best for me?
If you’re brand new to Pilates and/or Barre and still in the exploratory phase, the smaller (4-Class) plan is a great option. If you’re already a lover of Pilates and Barre classes, we recommend starting with the bigger (Unlimited) package to maximize value and get the full experience.
Can I buy both New Client packages?
Yes! You are still eligible to purchase the larger (Unlimited) New Client package after completing the smaller (4-Class) package. We’ll send you a link to purchase once you complete the 4-class Plan!
What classes does my New Client package give me access to?
We offer 4 complementary class formats—Pilates Mat, Pilates Reformer, Pilates Strength, and Barre. Each class format has its own focus and set of benefits, and they work together synergistically. The 4-Class Intro pack can be redeemed on either: 1) any 3 Mat, Barre, or Pilates Strength classes, plus one Group Reformer class, or 2) 3 Group Reformer classes. The Unlimited New Client packages gives you access to 30 consecutive days of Unlimited Mat, Barre, and Pilates Strength classes, plus 3 Group Reformer classes, and it also includes one guest pass!
What class should I begin with?
Our most beginner friendly class formats are Pilates Mat, Gentle Barre, and Level 1 Group Reformer. Barre is a good option as well, since there is no equipment. In all cases and in all classes, instructors will provide many options to modify.
What should I wear?
Wear breathable, comfortable clothing from head to toe. We don’t have a specific dress code but please be respectful. Grip socks are required in all classes for safety and sanitary purposes. Bring your own or buy a pair from us for $16-$20.
What should I bring?
Mats are provided. Bring a water bottle to fill up at the studio, or buy a boxed water for $3.00. Lockers are available to store your personal belongings. Changing rooms are also available.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class to check-in, get settled, and snag your favorite mat in the room. For safety reasons, new clients may not enter their first class after it has begun. Please be on time! We promise your first class will be a lot more enjoyable if you give yourself a few minutes to meet your instructor and settle into the room.
Can I take class if I'm injured or pregnant?
Most injuries can be worked around. Arrive early to alert your instructor of any limitations. Prenatal clients beyond 18 weeks should steer clear of Pilates classes (Mat, Reformer, & Pilates Strength) and stick with Barre, prenatal Mat, prenatal Reformer, or private Pilates sessions for the duration of their pregnancy.
