Studio Policies

  • Classes are small and we strongly recommend making a reservation to secure your spot. Reservations open up 2 weeks in advance.

  • We have a 12 hour cancellation policy for all group classes. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice are subject to a lost class (for limited class plans) or a late cancel fee of $20 (for unlimited class plans). All class cancellations must be made online or on the Walla app. Privates & semi-privates are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy.

  • If a class is full, add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically added to class and you’ll receive a text and an email. Please monitor your inboxes closely.

  • Clients will not be permitted to enter class beyond 5 minutes after class start time. No late entry for new clients. Please be on time!

  • Grip socks are required in all classes, for safety and sanitary reasons. You can BYO or purchase a pair from us.

  • Out of respect for our fellow classmates and instructor, cell phones are not permitted inside the classroom. If you are expecting an important call or need a charge, drop your phone off at the front desk and we’ll take care of it.

  • All Sales are final. Account credit only.

New Client FAQ

  • What should I wear to class?

Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Arrive in gear or change at the studio. We require grip socks in all classes for safety and sanitary reasons. You can BYO or purchase a pair from us.

  • When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time to register, get settled in, and nab your favorite mat in the room. For safety reasons, new clients may not enter their first class after it has already begun. Please be on time!

  • Do you have lockers and changing rooms?

We have 4 spacious changing rooms, 3 bathrooms, and lockers to secure your belongings, so no need to pull a Superman in your work bathroom.

  • Do you provide mats? What else should I bring?

Mats are provided. Besides your grippy socks, we recommend you bring a sweat towel, and a water bottle to fill up at our filtered water station. We also have bottled water for sale.

  • What's the best class to start with?

Truly, you can start with any of our classes to start your journey with us, because our instructors are skilled in teaching to the room of students in front of them. However, our most beginner-friendly class formats are Pilates Mat and Gentle Barre.

  • Can I take class if I'm injured or pregnant?

Most injuries can be worked around. Show up early to class to let your instructor know your limitations. There’s truly a modification for every movement! Prenatal clients beyond 18 weeks should steer clear of Pilates classes (Mat, Reformer, & Fusion) and stick with Barre for the duration of their pregnancy.
